How to Complete polymer 80?

Completing the polymer 80 glock 26 is a straightforward process that can be done with a few basic tools. First, you’ll need to ensure that you have all the necessary parts and tools, including the jig, drill bits, and end mill. Next, you’ll need to mill out the frame using the provided jig and drill bits. Once the frame is milled out, you can assemble the other components, including the trigger, slide, and barrel. PF940SC Troubleshooting Like any firearm build, completing a polymer 80 glock 26 can come with its fair share of troubleshooting. One common issue is the fitment of the trigger housing. 1. Ammo Marsh

thanks. i enjoy building my own guns. I just finished a few ar15s in 300BLK and 7.62×39. I’m trying to dive into 80%s. got a bunch of 80% AR lowers and i got my first polymer 80. i got the glock 26 polymer80 in FDE. i wanted a double stack 9mm glock that can accept the same mags as my ar9. it’s gonna look ridiculous with the ETS 40rd mags lol.

  2. Ammo Marsh

I love the polimer frame and hate that slide it came with. I’ll be getting an OEM slide for it.

  3. Ammo Marsh

nice build, compact and effective, what are the holster options out there?

  4. Ammo Marsh

I’m the most scared of drilling the holes wrong, and the pins not fitting.

  5. Ammo Marsh

The slide on that thing sits flush perfect. Mines is a lil high you can see right through it

  6. Ammo Marsh

Excellent product that goes “bang” every time. Very consistent results from load to load. One primer for magnum and standard large pistol rounds simplifies my inventory situation. Try them and you’ll love them also.

  8. Ammo Marsh

I use them to load 45 ACP. Very happy with them.

  9. Ammo Marsh

Remington primers are my favorite whether the smallest or the largest and all in between. I have never had one fail in four decades.

  10. Ammo Marsh

Found what I needed quickly online, had it dropped shipped to store. No muss, no fuss, easy peasy.

  11. Ammo Marsh

I purchase these primers mostly because they were such a great deal. I have been pleased with performance. Ignition has been 100% so far (several hundred shot) and they are very easy to seat. At first I thought too easy, but I’ve had no problems at all in that regard. I find Remington LPPs to be equal to CCIs or Tula products. Look for your best deal and buy!

  12. Ammo Marsh

Unlike a competitor’s brand, I haven’e had a single misfire. They also feed perfectly through my old Dillon RL 450. Very pleased. Price was good also.

  13. Ammo Marsh

Worked everytime I pulled the trigger. I use them in the .45 auto rim and .44 mag. No problums ever. Been using them for years……Doug

  15. Ammo Marsh

Only thing I’m scared is when I have to cut the m3 and m4 part/ file down the plastic is their anything I should be concerned off? I feel like clipping that plastic part it will be the easiest thing to do I believe
